[DL] Volume 13, chapter 1

Here is our first release! For now, Lemon-Tea Scans is helping us scanlate tactics! I hope everyone enjoys this chapter. Lots of Haruka and Raikou dialogue in this chapter. It has been a long while since this series has been scanlated, haha~ I hope everyone enjoys this chapter.

I am working on adding more things to this site. Don't ask for more links right now. I'm working on putting stuff up, and that takes some time. What's up now is what is available.

Here, you will find scanlations of the manga since it has terrible luck keeping a license in other countries. I will try to provide other tactics goodies for the fans.
